Update

Technology changes have got me thinking about the culture of planned obsolescence and future digital archeologists.  What happens to the trail of digital detritus we shed when we move from old machines to new ones?  Equipment change is the privilege of the younger and higher classes.  How fragile an electronic footprint is in the muddy strata of last year's cast off cell phones, CD's, and gramophone cylinders.  How trimmed the tree of relationships with each relay to a new mobile device.

Speaking of mortal coils, went to the gym Monday.  Did the regular routine.
