Went to the gym
Saturday. I felt a little sore and tired; I'm not sure from what exactly. So this wasn't a power workout. 25 minutes on the elliptical for about 250 calories. 10 minutes on the rowing machine for about 105 calories. 3X12X50 lbs on the pec fly. 3X12X80 lbs on the lat pull-down. 3X12 hanging crunches. 3X12X10lbs Arnold Curls (or whatever they're called) with dumbbells, alternating with some shoulder shrugs.
